Rectification case
Customer: A well-known medical device company in Chengdu
Product: Low-temperature plasma sterilizer
Rectification: Radiation, conduction is not enough, ESD Introduction: The product is a low-temperature plasma sterilizer, which will generate high-voltage plasma, a three-phase motor to generate low temperature, an industrial computer, and a card reader. The radiation and conduction exceed the standard a lot, and it will shut down when EFT and ESD interfere. After opening the EUT, we got the schematic diagram and circuit diagram and analyzed them with the test instrument and found the following problems: 1. The high-voltage output of plasma produces great interference. 2. Several signal lines of the industrial computer have relatively large radiation problems. 3. The industrial computer is not grounded. Because the accessories are not produced by the customer, the customer cannot fix these accessories, so we use the following processing methods: shield the plasma high-voltage output line, add a magnetic ring to the output line of the industrial computer, ground the iron shell of the industrial computer, add a filter to the three-phase power input, and add a filter to the power input of the plasma high-voltage device. After the test, all EMC items are qualified.

Product: Electrocardiograph radiation
Correction: ESD, EFT test computer data will be interrupted, and then the computer software will die. Introduction: It is a laptop equipped with an electrocardiograph, which is USB powered and communicated, and the software is processed on the laptop. Because the customer said that it will be used at home, it must pass CLASS B. After the test, it was found that the radiation, ESD, and EFT could not pass. When I saw the radiation data, I found that the data was a multiple of the USB communication frequency, so I classified the radiation problem into USB cables and USB ports. Then I changed the USB cable to a good one, added magnetic rings at both ends of the EUT and PC, and the radiation was tested. However, ESD and EFT were still the same, and the computer communication would be interrupted and the software would freeze. Later, I used the signal to detect and found that the crystal oscillator signal of the USB communication module of the electrocardiograph was very sensitive. Then I added a TVS tube to the crystal oscillator signal and the problem was solved.
